  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos.

  • Approved exchanges will be processed for the same item only.

  • Orders for ready-stock items can be canceled before shipping.

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
