Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Cancellation
Ready-stock orders can be canceled before shipping. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
