Ready-stock items require full payment. Custom or made-to-order items require a 50% deposit. Available payment methods are displayed on the website.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on product availability and location. Estimated delivery time will be provided after order confirmation. Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Cancellation
Ready-stock orders can be canceled before shipping. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
